Supplier Specialist with German - Kraków

For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position as a Supplier Specialist with German.

Job Purpose:
Lead Supplier Activation projects following standard processes
Train suppliers in the tools and applications included in IBX platform
Requests from activated suppliers in our supplier network
Participate in supplier summits and start-up meetings with buyers and suppliers
Lead quality improvement projects towards customer
Work with continuous improvements of internal processes and routines

Requirements:
Proficiency in English and German is a must
Fluency in Spanish and/or any Nordic language will be an advantage
Client and value adding mindset
Open mind and positive attitude
Good social and communicative skills
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
Ability to take own initiatives and be the driving force within supplier activations
