For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Team Leader with GL, AP and AR experience
Job description:
Being responsible for the supervision of following activities from the area of General Ledger:
o Month/Quarter closure activities
o Accounts reconciliation
o Journal voucher processing
Leading, managing and developing a team to deliver high quality service for the Client up to agreed SLAs
Working closely with the Client and maintain good working relationship
Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope
Encouraging cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Background/Degree in accounting /economics will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 year of experience in R2R, P2P and OTC processes is a must
Min. 1 year of experience in managing the team
Very good knowledge of English
Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is essential
Very good analytical skills and attention to details
Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization) will be a strong asset
