For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position in Junior Customer Service Specialist with French or Flemish.

Requirements:
Fluently in French or Flemish
Very good English
Experience in the Customer service will be an asset,
Customer orientated and well-organized,
Good interpersonal skills and high analytical mind,
Communicative attitude (position requires frequent contacts on the phone with French or Flemish speaking clients)
Higher education,
Knowledge of MS Office applications,
