CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH GREEK - OSTRAVA - Kraków

For our client, one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world we are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are attracted by building their careers in international banking environment. The purpose of these roles is providing a variety of banking services to the clients. We are seeking a Greek speaking, highly motivated, results oriented individuals to become a part of growing processing team in of the leading world banks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH GREEK - OSTRAVA

Role Purpose:

Successful candidate will be responsible for processing various types of client applications and providing customer service to all internal and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual, who would like to start/progress his career at international banking industry and grow with quickly expanding business.

Main responsibilities:

* Processing of all types of applications independently within set SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
* Reporting and related administration
* Participation on processes and procedures development and optimization
* Working together with other Banks departments
* Providing high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers

Knowledge and experience:

* University degree (BA) or (BSc) or undergraduate/High School with at least 2 years of relevant experience
* Recent Graduates welcome
* Communicative Greek, second language English is an advantage
* Attention to detail, reliability and integrity
* Ability and willingness to learn new things
* Team spirit; be able to take initiative and work both independently as well as a part of the team
* Previous banking environment experience is an advantage
